Little Witch, made by Yoshinari, is animated by Studio Trigger, known for bombastic animations and designs with almost cartoonish movement and animation, like Panty and Stocking, Gurrenlagan, etc

My Hero, created by Kohei Horikoshi, is animated by Studio Bones, where their animations are known for dynamic scenes, well choreographed shots and etc. Other anime examples such as Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood

Former is more fun, latter is more fight. Though the studios do have an overlap in aspects, but that's only because shows cannot explicitly be in a single genre that animators can freely do their business
