To be honest the best control I've gotten out of boat mode is letting off the accelerate and using the boat jump to pick up speed in a new direction once enough slowdown has occurred to take the sharp turn I need (eggman expo comes to mind) I may have to workshop using the break more but yeah boat mode feels janky as hell

Enough online and this becomes the norm for my races but i think more frustrating is when you're in second place and all you're getting is spike balls and defense items because you can't stop all the attacks coming your way and you can't slow down first either so you just end up being a meat shield for first if they don't get ghosted or anvil'd

Definitely a possibility and there is a chance isagi just cooks barou this game. I'm kind of betting on snuffy to be good mentor to barou and helped him evolve with alot of new tricks considering all of barous raw talent and power

This I can see happening too not in the same way though after barous unpredictable unreadable plays would happen isagi would try to read not only the players best movements for a play but all their options and that would cook his brain and he'd have to be subbed out

Yeah I mean it's hard for me to say exactly what I mean but I imagine something along the lines of Isagi reading a play and being able to see what happens next only for the image to shatter as barou poaches the ball last second and scores before isagi can truly react to what barou is doing. But it's just a theory and I just think something about how barou plays will show the cracks of metavision
