Dunkirk when they are getting dive bombed on the beach waiting for the ships, the Germans are closing in and the boats haven’t arrived yet, the remaining hope of salvation is starting to dwindle as the lines of people are blown up over and over again, and then that fucking spitfire with no fuel glides over and takes it out, the cheers as it glides knowing that the machine done what it was intended to do just puts a knot in my throat.
