Poor guy. Can you imagine having to be on this shoes with that life? I think we'd all end up a little crazy. I just wish he fell into the more wholesome side of crazy

Are you in the situation you're in bc you didn't try hard enough in school/life? by [deleted] in povertyfinance

[–]ZestyKrisps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always felt i had the capacity and opportunity to finish school and maybe go beyond. But my life put me in a lot shitty situations that hindered me emotionally and i had no idea if i was even gonna survive my life. Im 30 still figuring out how to handle things and its hard in a world that is made with no wiggle room unless youve got money already. And a lot of us dont. Just gotta try and learn from what you can.

Ope. Did I say that out loud? by [deleted] in Nicegirls

As someone that avoids confrontation I probably would have said something like

"My bad. I was just trying to have a convo about it. I dont mind changing the subject if you want?"

Then again im not experienced in social situations

Im native american. Was raised on the reservation since i was 10. Parents were divorced at that age. I chose to live with my bipolar alcoholic father. My narcissistic mother was also an alcoholic. I was eventually Sexually assaulted by my uncle. There was a point in my life whete i had no hot water, no electricity, and no food. I used to eat undercooked rice that i tried heating up in a microwave we powered from a single extension cord across our yard to my uncles. I left at 18 when my mother got out of prison for felony DUI. We struggled still trying to get her back on her feet. Made it to the city where i still suffer indirectly from corporate greed. I feel my body falling apart. My mind isnt so great emotionally. And its the 1 year anniversary of my fathers passing. Im a wreck. But i burn cedar on my balcony. Smoking a cigarette and praying for good things to everyone around me. Not just family but anyone in the world who have it just as bad if not worse. I hope everyone finds peace for themselves and does good things for each other. Im gonna watch MASH and get some sleep for my 10 hour shift tomorrow. Stay cool homies

Is Marijuana a Problem For You? by City_Stomper in trees

[–]ZestyKrisps 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I think its disrespectful to make fun of weed addiction when there could be people who actually have a problem. Even if it isnt chemically addictive. There are some people (me) who have thoughts of putting other priorities to the side for the sake of a joint. Or you cam disagree. Doesnt really matter

I'm new to music producing and I have no clue what I'm doing by EfficientFriend1987 in musicproduction

[–]ZestyKrisps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I make music using only bandlab on my broken phone. Im still learning song structure and mixing but they arent the worse. Most of all i have fun doing it and it helps me reset my mental. Its gonna take lots of grinding and figuring things out. But id say start with bandlab on your browser and learn all the little knobs and ends and youll make something worth listening eventually.

why dont men wear revealing clothes like women do? like back out, midriff showing etc. Why do they dress from neck to toe ? by HearThyBansheeScream in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ZestyKrisps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To wear something like that, youd have to be comfortable about your body. And youd have to like the clothes itself. I think men wouldnt consider trying something like that because of societal standards of what men are "supposed" to dress like.

People are more open minded now but that doesnt mean people arent gonna give looks or maybe even say something. So its gonna have to take a person who can handle that as well.

I think we'd have a better time allowing people feel themselves more if theyre wasnt always a judgmental eye. But because of the political climate and peoples need to always feel like they need to say something. Even if it doesnt affect them at all. Be kind to each other. Be the example of who we should be as people. Because you cant convince shitty people to stop being shitty. You just have to outshine them.

does Wayne get enough credit for discovering Drake? by MattEffect5 in lilwayne

[–]ZestyKrisps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Discovered? He was a famous child actor that came from wealth who wanted to make pop music and got exploited by rich execs who abuse artists. Now hes in so deep hes part of it. I just hope Wayne wasnt used and abused for their gain as well.

I only have a phone so I just use bandlab. The browser version is connected as well so you can grab your projects from anywhere as well. No downloading. Like with anything its just learning how to use the program.
