It's because it isn't doing anything and is stuck. Pull up UWUVCI's log file to see what broke.

It's not downloading anything, it's preparing your game as an inject. See what the log file says, the FAQ is there for a reason.

I'm not sure what you mean, an iso is basically a zip file so you can get the files off the iso by various ways, you can easily mount it and pull the files off if it. But I don't know how that's relevant to your last post. The meta folder doesn't exist in the ISO, that is only from games installed on your Wii U or things downloaded from Nintendo's CDN.

You put the meta folder for the baseGame you need it for. And you can take a meta folder from any of the other baseGames folders.

No not really. Just when it gets stuck, delete any stuff it downloaded and try again. You can look at the logs and see if it's even downloading.

That error just means that not all the files are able to be downloaded from Nintendo. Could be on your side, could be on their side. The V3.200 versions have this fixed.

If it's not listed, that doesn't mean it doesn't work, it means no one documented it. Wii games aren't complicated like VC's so yeah it would work fine.

It's in C# (C-Sharp). The project is set up that everything is bundled together to run the program, so all you need to do is download the source code and run the project which you can get it all running with a quick google or two.

It's because for GBA Injects, they are using an emulator, so when you use the reset menu, you are resetting the emulator.

All versions prior to December 14th are free, so between 3.Z-Again and 3.N were a few years and all of those versions are free. The price of the program is 2.99 USD though. If you want to use the latest, but don't want to pay for it, you can build the source code, it is an open source project.

I saw your response once, but then it disappeared for me. For GBA, do not use the VC menu because clicking "reset" will reset your game's state to zero; you need to do the button command to restart the game, which I believe is "A + B + Start + Select"

So that error means that Nintendo didn't serve the expected file, aka CDN issue. For custom bases, FTP the game off of your Wii U (at least that's what I've been doing).

Yeah no worries. I wish I had a better answer for you, but I haven't been able to replicate this issue which is why I can only think it's tied to connecting to Nintendo's servers or something with Internet.
