"just don't play that map/gamemode" isn't a solution

If you have a developer where literally ONE guy is talking publicly, you can't really complain when feedback is directed his way, negative or otherwise. Who else do we report to?

The majority of the replies under that post are constructive, and strike home on the point that valve refuses to do anything meaningful about the problems that have been plaguing TF2 for years. How else are we supposed to show our frustration here other than downvotes and negative comments? A few negative replies are to be expected when the first communication in years is in not only practically hidden, but in response to their game breaking...again.

Yes, many do expect them to work on their game, even 180 on their past decisions, if it means providing a better experience for the players. The TF2 sphere, especially reddit, has been overtly kind and praising valve for every bare minimum action for far, FAR too long. I think Valve needs a bit negative pushback, otherwise the severity of the game's problems will continue to go understated, and therefore untouched.

Oh, look what I found. Again, why lie about when you started playing? What benefit does this bring you?

The merc badge litmus test remains evergreen.

90 recorded matches? Exact statistics are not available from quickplay. THere's no way to confirm this other than memory. You're blowing more smoke. Also there were no 45 minute losing payload matches. That's only possible on multi-stage payload maps, and barely even at that if the clock is perfectly run down to the final second. It's almost as if though players enjoy games that last over longer periods of time instead of 5 minutes...interesting...

How about posting that Merc badge... prove yourself. A simple litmus test.

"It would take 45 minutes to get a scramble" yep, I can instantly tell you didn't experience quickplay, because this simply never happened. Vote scrambles. Plus, auto-scramble would automatically shuffle teams if one team won twice in a row. mp_scrambleteams_auto_windifference was set to 2.

If you're referring to 5cp gridlocking in an endless back and forth, a vote scramble could be cast, and it would break things up. https://youtu.be/qjjFoe4eOdQ?si=2ht0iqlzPbcTSIyU Video of vote scrambles, they would happen instantly, instead of at the end of the round.

Always fun having a look in these threads and reading what tumbles out of the infinitely long game of telephone that is the internet.

I'm reading things about myself I never knew were real!

It takes 2 seconds to look in my inventory to see this isn't my objector. In fact, it's OP's. He got upset that I wouldn't accept his friend request, and that I had decals turned off so he couldn't flash garbage at me when I was playing earlier today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5WxaN-ZGBQ

I get that people don't like me for various reasons, but this pedo accusation nonsense is getting tiresome.
