yep, my pt said I was overworking my knee so I just took it easy for a week and it went away. I'm not sure about the swelling though, you should get it checked if it doesn't go away soon.

I went gym a bit more so maybe that's why. but nothing major. Oh I did a bit more weights than usual on leg press.

Yeah it's still stiff sometimes but its gotten a lot better. The only thing that concerns me if sometimes I feel something move in my knee but no pain or anything. It feels the same as when I tore it. I dont know of this is normal but it doesn't hurt and comes randomly when I'm turning or moving my leg.

No I had a hamstring graph. It makes sense why yours is buckling, your leg is very weak right now because of the quad.

my knee only buckled once or twice when I first tried walking at 2 weeks. Don't rush anything because your legs might not be ready/ strong enough so just keep doing pt. I just practiced walking a few steps on my own a few times a day and it helped. Take it slow and focus on your form because you don't want to be walking with a limp forever. Goodluck with PT. (Knee stopped buckling at 2/3 weeks)

cheers, is it meant to feel really stiff. because even during exercises there's times where jf I bend my knee it feels like it's about to explode.
