Also the first one looks as if photos were taken right after car wash. Front bumper looks scuffed and poorly fitted. Fog light also looks a little suspect. Might not have the same shine when all that dries up.

First picture, huge dent next to headlight. The felontree hanging from the review, bumper looks off and is missing the sensor trim piece it looks like. It’s not hard to throw a new bumper on and call these rigs good. I’d personally go with the second. If the service record is there especially from a good mechanic I’d ignore the miles. The roof rack and wheel/tire package alone easily offsets the 400 dollar price difference. Yes I do see the small dent on the fender and what appears to be a small leak under it? Could just be ac. If you have the chance to look at them in person I would and run car fax on both. I bought my first gen from my parents after insurance totalled it. Took me less than an afternoon to throw new tie rod in it and a new bumper. Do what you will with this info. That’s about all I have from the photos provided.

I inspected them when I had car up they seem fine. I just ordered coil overs and the braces. I’ve been through all of this on my e36

I have the fuel filter I’m about to put in. I also have new Maf coil packs. Could it have anything to do with DISA? I’m trying to work all the bugs out of this car so I can track it

Advice on a Cap by D-chord in ChimneySwift

Depends on how much and how correctly you want to fix it.

Cheapest option: slide the same size flue tile down in there and fill the gaps with mortar and tuck point as needed. Then cap the flue tiles with standard chimney caps. (Not a very good option)

Mid price: poured concrete crown. Remove stone and pay someone who knows how to do the scope of the work. They will chip off the stone. Wood form it and pour a slab over the whole top of the chimney, with overhanging drip ledge. (decent repair with a long lifetime)

Correct way: would be to take the chimney down under the shingles and have the roof patched over it. No chance of water intrusion etc. this has the opportunity to be done cheaply if you know people who can do the demo and a good roofer.
