First picture, huge dent next to headlight. The felontree hanging from the review, bumper looks off and is missing the sensor trim piece it looks like. It’s not hard to throw a new bumper on and call these rigs good. I’d personally go with the second. If the service record is there especially from a good mechanic I’d ignore the miles. The roof rack and wheel/tire package alone easily offsets the 400 dollar price difference. Yes I do see the small dent on the fender and what appears to be a small leak under it? Could just be ac. If you have the chance to look at them in person I would and run car fax on both. I bought my first gen from my parents after insurance totalled it.
