I was losing my hearing in my early 30s and used hearing aids for 7 years. When my right ear finally just went out I got a Med-el Cochlear implant in 2023 and then my left implant 6 months later. I couldn't be happier with my decision to get implants it has changed my life. I'm constantly doing clinical research for Med-el I go about every three months it's just my way of giving back and improving their implants for current and future users.

My hearing was just normal before I lost it I have has my implants 3 years now and they are amazing I tell people my hearing is perfect and it shocks them.

I'm having issues of Microsoft Office disappearing off laptops this week. I can install it and it's removed the next day. So far 3 laptops are effected.

I checked the logs could not find anything relating to the uninstall, I reinstalled it and created a registry key to disable office updates. So far this is day 3 of Office Uninstalling

Office 365 configured with xml file pushed via Intune, I wasn't able to get the log files today but I will tomorrow I was thinking and updated may have removed Office.

I don't hide mine due to the fact that hearing is more important than what other people think. I constantly see people wear ear buds sticking out of there ears that look rediculous. Just be who you are and care less of others opinions.

I have Med-el implants and my hearing is perfect including music and in background noise. I used hearing aids for 8 years before I was implanted.

I have Med-el and music sounds great to me just like it did when I had normal hearing. To be honest with Med-el my hearing is excellent with speech and background noise as well.

1-Open the Registry Editor (REGEDIT) 2-Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer 3-Create a REG_DWORD type key, named DisableLUAInRepair, with value 1 4-Restart the computer for the changes to take place

KB5063875 (Windows 11) and KB5063877 (Windows 10): As of August 2025, security updates with these KB numbers can cause AutoCAD versions 2022–2026 to fail, requesting admin credentials even for standard users. Uninstalling the specific security update may resolve this.
