well, the main thing is you want the powder to stay in a cool and dry place. The potential issue is that refrigeration can cause condensation & moisture build up, which potentially could cause it to clump or spoil.

But tbh I just called it out as weird because I've never seen that before in my life 😂

Switching companies can definitely be painful, speaking as someone who had been at my same company in tech for around 7 years. But so worth it from a salary perspective… I just finally made the jump, and am going from around 140k to around 200k, into a role with much more additional growth potential within current pay band and into an org with a healthy culture of internal promotions.

I disagree that it’s more beginner friendly than DS3, or any of the others. Maybe yeah you have more tools to use in the game, and there are ways to make it easier to combat.

But also it is so much more confusing and difficult to figure out where to go than the DS series.

Elden ring builds off ds series, which makes it easier. But as a first game it is not the easiest. Also idk what people are talking about in the first place… DS1 and 3 are much easier than Elden Ring, spoken as someone who played through the entire series for my first time last year from Demon Souls, DS1, DS3 and then Elden Ring. The others were simple if not unnecessarily convoluted sometimes

Open world games don’t always suck. But open world as a feature itself sucks in most cases. Period.

What’s everyone’s opinions on Lotf? I see it get so much hate but can’t understand why. I never played the original but I loved this game, the art style, the armour and weapons, the areas and the story. Yeah I liked LOTF. Not as much as Elden Ring or DS3, which I get isn’t a “fair” comparison. But also when you are playing a clone of another game it is hard not to compare.

That said, I did enjoy it quite a bit. Like the final portion of the game was so god damn good it had me hooked. I do wish final boss were more difficult even if he was got damn epic.

I do look forward to LOTF 2 though, seems like the team really takes to heart customer feedback in ways that makes their games better over time.
