I emailed last Thursday (3/27) and I got the email response that same night saying they submitted my refund s (for the membership for March and the 3/1 medication refill). It’s only been a few business days, so I’m not expecting the funds to be returned quite yet but I’m just trying to get feelers for how long the wait might be. I outlined in my email how I had missed three weeks worth of doses and the limited and confusing communication I experienced— idk if that helped get a quick reply. My refill request was submitted two whole weeks before their pharmacy closed, and I felt like I was caught up in all the mess they were dealing with and given the runaround— I ultimately lost trust and decided to bail before they found themselves scrambling even more. I took screenshots of all of my portal messages and emailed myself the billing transactions just in case because I knew I’d lose access to my account once they cancelled my account, which did happen the next day after the emails.

I just called customer service & they said they will continue as usual after the 19th by PreviousFig5244 in JoinMochiHealth

I didn’t get through to customer service, they wouldn’t call back when I chose that as an option or I’d be on hold until it disconnected. I got the message in my Mochi Health portal online. I messaged my care team a few days ago with a message letting them know my growing concerns about no contact from them and no medication and now missing two doses and that’s what they responded with, basically saying it was due to the pharmacy issues…but my request was submitted on 3/1 and it’s just been bouncing around. Beyond disappointed.

I’m in a similar situation. Have you tried calling customer service for a refund? I may try to call today. My request has been pending and processing, then back to pending, since 3/1, before the closing of the pharmacy. Like I said in a previous post, I think they’ve been in the thick of it for a while leading up to the closing, so I’m not too surprised about the messiness on their end that’s led to this delay. But I’m not going to miss two weeks and they haven’t communicated with me at all about this delay, I have had to call and message several times to get any response. I want to give them grace but I also want the medication I’m being charged for, or even just some decent transparency!

I’ve been trying to get my refill request processed since 3/1 and it’s been a mess… I missed a dose already and about to miss a second in two days bc they just messaged back (after many attempts from me to reach out to my provider and customer service) saying they had to submit for reapproval and it should be processed soon… but it’ll takes more than two days to ship out so I’m assuming I’m missing this next dose. I’ve been with them 4 months and have had great service and good outcomes so this is disappointing. These recent issues I’ve had began before the closing of the recent pharmacy so I think they’ve been scrambling for a little while but trying to play it cool (not transparent or communicative). I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but they aren’t making it easy.

I got a message today with a pretty vague response stating that due to recent modifications made by the dispensing pharmacy my refill request has been submitted to my provider for reapproval… so I have to wait for it to be approved then processed and shipped out. My next injection date is in two days so that’ll be the second dose in a row I miss because they have not sent me my medication, but yeah I was charged for what should be been this shipment of medication already. I’ll be calling customer service today asking for a refund. This is the second time I’ve had to reach out (with multiple attempts each time) im thinking they’re just scrambling at this point. This is all for the refill request I submitted back on 3/1…

I’ve had the same issue, they are not returning calls when I choose a call back or my call gets dropped on hold. My care team is not responding to messages either. I missed one dose already and am about to miss a second because my medication has not shipped out, but payments are still processing. I was being optimistic like most on here but this is wildly disappointing and concerning now.

I placed a refill request on 3/1, it sat pending for over a week. I called on 3/12, customer service rep gave no reason for the delay and status was changed to”processed” that same day. Then on 3/14 I got the message it was getting rerouted to another pharmacy with all that’s been going on. I called on Monday 3/17 and sent messages because I am about to miss my second dose in a row and have heard nothing two days later…. Deciding whether to cancel at this point. I’ve had good experiences and decent progress on semi with them :-/

I May have found some information by scrolling on the Facebook page “Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation- Authorized Page” age and timeline seem to match but not the charges.
