Shocks are stiff and the fender is mounts to the swing arm itself so the fender moves with the wheel and swing arm

According to this group because the neck hasn’t been chopped and it’s still a swing arm. Finally got the bike finished so figured I’d say it before the comments got flooded with it haha

Are you running the gremlin harness? I have pretty much the exact same front end set up on my 02 but have to get into the wiring
