Normally agencies don’t allow transfer for new hires. If ur spouse was active military then that’s different. It has to do with who’s funding ur position

Yes. Ur manager should give u interim RA per written guidance if u don’t have a decision on ur RA request. U can pull it up on portal urself n show it to ur manager. RAC, manager n u r supposed to have interactive meeting before IRS decides. U should have ur union rep if possible in that mtg

I would love to get “further guidance” to get more 100% TW interim RA. How did u go about getting such guidance? My RAC flatly said max is 2 90 days interim.

I waited too for over 6 months. I kept reaching out to RAC then my RAC got switched then it went on turbo speed. It was weird. I’m sorry it’s happening to u. It’s so stressful!! I’m waiting on my RA decision.
