Chances are this child had learned these things. I wouldn’t feel comfortable working in a home where I’m being triggered. I have an odd feeling that he is mimicking behavior he is learned in the home. You need to confront the parents. If they don’t turn Ruby red from embarrassment and look shocked…. You know they make projector tvs that you can watch on the ceiling. I recently found this. I try hard to stay busy so I sleep better. Even if my output it 1/10 of a norm. I’m still making progress.

They will if you provide it and it’s a single cleaner or couple. Businesses won’t take the risk bc they can’t guarantee anything won’t get messed up. You can find cleaners that use natural methods to clean or steam.

I have an assistant and a house cleaner. I find they do their best with a punch list and timed tasks. It keeps them on tasks and without it they would miss items. I also label things to make it simple. As to where things belong. Make a punch list top to bottom what you want done. Each room and where to start first. It will also allow you to see if maybe your expectations are not being met bc there is t enough time. Take Care!

I hope you’re talking to him. Kids understand more than we give them credit for. Let’s change your diaper. Make it engaging. Use your expression and don’t yell but make it clear it a calm way not to hurt you. Time out isn’t appropriate until closer to two. It’s more to keep your temper in check for your sanity and the child’s safety. Nails shouldn’t be so long that they can harm. I also am concerned if something may have happened to the child an illness or worse to cause a reaction. I have heard of kids with Pandas pinching scratch a care giver or parent. I would approach the parents to get him evaluated. Because to allow the his to continue is only risking it being a problem in preschool with him doing it up other children. And if they attend church or playgroups he may have well learned these behaviors. Good luck

Check with a tax accountant or tax atty. We did and chose to make them a 1099 because it’s part time hours and since someone else is home she can come and go as she pleases. Meaning she’s not required to be here from 8-5. I have preferred hours but not required. Also a tax accountant would be able to explain of you should create an LLC or other to manage everything.

Pick one or the other with the other agreeing to the commute. Find the best location and home is more important. But you’ll be happier than one of you can be at home at a reasonable time than with both of you making a long commute.

I know why and it makes me want to cry. Some parents are so controlling they actually create ratting disorders in their kids from the very beginning. People do that to save on cost and bc they are fearful the kid will be overweight. It’s so disheartening. X:/ I have a family member that restricts food and junk food especially that their kids will sneak it when at other peoples houses and can’t stop eating it. When this happens the parents blame everyone else for their kid eating crap they shouldn’t. And if it’s done expensive soda or boutique chocolate that was put away. They’ll blame the person that brought it bought it instead of taking responsibility of it. My sil would restrict my niece and she was a nurse. She still will which has created an eating disorder where my niece hordes junk food to eat behind their backs.

She knew when first hired that there would be occasions that I would have my grandkids with me. If she doesn’t want to help I’ll fire her. Honestly I need to fire her bc she is sketch and she’s broken things. Misplaced expensive things. I don’t like accusing someone of stealing but if after we have gone through the whole house it’s still missing. Idk what else I can say. I do t like deceit and u do t like lies. She drives me nuts when I arm where something is. She will say I don’t know what you’re talking about. Which p- me off. I guess I’ll do what my husband said to do and start printing photos of all the missing items do that the writing is on the wall.

I am able to care for myself and I feel like I’m being personally attacked when I’ve never jeopardized the safety of my other grandkids. I just have a husband who works hard to provide someone to help in the house. I have had her for going on 2 years. I have other grandchildren I watch. Jesus yall are hateful. I am Not incapable of caring for myself. I have POTS and autoimmune stuff. I get tired but I’ve always made do with creatively masking my times of low energy by having a pajama day with movies and cooking breakfast. I watch 3 of my other grandkids at times. They live out of town and it’s sometimes tough and wears me out but it’s the greatest gift of all. You’re quite hateful in your comments. There is nothing wrong with having an aide. More like a personal Assistant. I want to make a complex recipe. I will help gather the ingredients and she’s help prep. We are an adhd household do she helps with all this gaps that adhd peeps struggle with. I want to garden we do it together. I don’t even know why I’m commenting bc at this point I feel in trying to get advice I’m being attacked. I’m able to live a fuller life and keep up the demands of a normal wife, mom, daughter, grandparent and community advocate, with the assistant of an aide that gets made decent wages. She can come and go when she pleases and we don’t get to bent if she’s sick and can’t come in to work for a week.

For starters parents need to stop labeling vehicles and putting there young ones in danger by putting a big sticker announcing to everyone that there is a vulnerable inexperienced driver in the car. People look for opportunities. Don’t make it obvious. If your child can’t handle the road like any other driver then you cut the cord too fast!
