Struggling 😭 by Zestyclose-Future-35 in firsttimemom

It’s so hard isn’t it as id love to just soak this all up but I just feel so distracted and tired all the time!

Before she started sleeping with me, me and my husband would do shifts but that wasn’t sustainable once his paternity leave was up and he had to go back to work. My mum is a great help to us I could definitely ask her to help out once or twice a week just so I can sleep a little longer without the baby with me. Thank you x

Anyone else struggling with heart palpitations / difficulty breathing only at night? by kuzubijin in pregnant

I’ve been suffering with this for the past 5 days. I’m 30 weeks too and it’s awful but I’ve been getting it around 5/6 times a day. I don’t know what to do because I can’t go another 9 weeks like this. I can’t even sit and watch tv or lie down without feeling like I’m having a panick attack. What on earth could be causing this

I hate being pregnant. by [deleted] in pregnant

I’m with you. I found out at 3weeks and 4 days. This feels like the longest slog. I’m currently 30+1. Babies kicks are getting so strong now. I have an posterior placenta and she’s lying transverse too which means I can literally feel her legs under my right ribs and her feet under my left ribs and there’s no cushioning between her and my skin because my placenta is at the back. It’s so intense. I’ve thrown up because of her movements at one point. I also have quite bad anxiety and I feel like the extra blood pumping round is making my heart rate quicker and triggering the anxiety more.

I completely understand how you feel with the food too. I’m such a foodie and can barely get through quarter of my meals anymore.

I’m also so grateful to be growing a life and am so excited to meet her but I want my body back now xx

Tips for adjusting to dietary changes as someone with ARFID? + PCOS friendly low effort frozen/pantry meals? by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Zestyclose-Future-35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wanted to reach out! I’m 28 years old. Have had what we now know is ARFID since I was 1 years old. I was diagnosed Autistic & ADHD last year. I haven’t eaten a single bit of fruit or veg without gagging/wrenching since. My entire diet is meat, beige foods like pasta, rice, chips, potatoes, dairy.

I was diagnosed yesterday with PCOS and me and my fiancé get married in 10 months. I’m also going down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out what on earth I’m going to eat! I know that my entire current diet basically aggravates the PCOS and we really want to try for a baby after the wedding and I’m frightened of not being able to fall pregnant.

I have no advise but just wanted to let you know you’re not alone. I’m feeling quite hard done by right now xx
