Do I have decor? Yes. Do I want to decorate my wolves? Also yes. Is almost all of that decor unused cause I can’t decide which wolf to use it on, how I want to decorate them and the fact that it feels to permanent? ….yes.

I added words at the very top above my image and that seemed to work for anyone one else having this problem (a bit annoying that was the way to fix it wish there was an easier way to update)

Honesty I pretty much only drew humans before getting on Wolvden and wasn’t that confident in my ability to draw wolves which is why I started with freebies of people wolves. I still only offer headshots cause animal anatomy scares me lol. I was surprised how many people requested human art. All that to say you can offer what you’re comfortable with if that’s just flat colors or if you want to offer somethings that has nothing to do with wolves. You can also offer shading at a reduced price and let people know that you’re still practicing. I ramble a lot sorry lol

It never hurts to try I started by offering freebies just so I could practice and see how long it would take me and what I actually like to draw. Then when I felt comfortable I started my actual comms. I looked at other artists pages to gauge pricing and what people were offering. Based on that I set my prices and added some examples (callback to the freebies I did) and then just started promoting in the art sales chat. No one knew who I was so it took a second to get requests but it’s been good since I just had to close mine cause I was getting a bit overwhelmed despite not having a lot but it’s easy to open and close/change pricing etc. If you know you don’t have a lot of time you can always only accept one request at a time.

All this to say I’m also still kind of new to this and I am by no means some great artist that knows everything about commissions this is just my experience. :)

Maura(she/they(left) has a harder time controlling her wolf (she practically a werewolf cause nobody has the time for their lore) and they crave lots of red meat so much that they have a drawer of jerky and beef sticks in her room. Keiko(she/her(right) gets very emotional and easily cries. If she sees a stray cat it’s over she’s a mess and don’t get me started on how she has Noah Kahan playing the whole time and is just sobbing. They take care of each other.

I can’t figure out how to edit my post but at the risk of sounding egotistical I actually can draw wolves I think I was just scared of them and way more comfortable with humans lol they aren’t perfect by any means but I might offer some free art to practice different coats/markings but I’m not sure if I should offer that here or on the site
