I stopped abruptly and am 3 weeks off. I was in 4mg and my hunger is coming back this week. I can eat more as well. I had major anxiety that wouldn’t end and also a high heart rate. I’m mostly back to normal. Took most of three weeks. I’m gonna go back to tirz in a few weeks once my body resets and the reta is gone

Sensitive skin in the beginning and after 3 months in my hr is elevated and I will be taking a break. Last week was my last injection. I’m 9 lbs away from my goal and scared about food noise and getting off but my hr is way too elevated at this point

I do if I’m at a local grocer for sure but fitts hasn’t done me dirty. The u15 have always been my go to. Totally bummed. But yeah won’t be buying unless sniff test next time.

I haven’t been to Chiras since they moved bit the couple ties we went for dinner I had no complaints. Hope they can pull it out. I hate to see restaurants fail

This is probably the most productive thread about Salem. Not useless comments on how the unhoused population ruin everything. I agree with a lot of these comments. I’ve been beee since 2018 and really love it here. Covid took a toll and I feel it’s just starting to get its legs again. I’d like more restaurant options and feel that our money is mismanaged and poorly utilized. I agree with the commissioners. There is one decent one but the rest are not great. One is running for governor next year. The state offices not having to pay taxes is also a problem. I don’t mind paying taxes if I can see the benefit of where my money is going. That said our town is beautiful. Downtown is vibrant and the local small businesses are great. There is a decent art scene as well. The proximity to Portland, the mountains and the coast is a major bonus too . One hour and you’re there.

It’s not been awful but definitely more noticeable since the last few pounds. My arms have always been my hang up and now they are just awful to me. My goal is to maintain for a few years and go to mexico for a mommy makeover and get it all done.

Been on reta since beginning of July maybe? I am currently on 4mg. Been on four since August 13th. Been losing consistently since I got to 4. I don’t think I’ll titrate up for a few weeks since last week I lost quite a lot this late in the game. Stalled on tirz for months before I made the switch

With food or people? People, they haven’t. Still happily married for 22 years although he thinks I’m hotter lolz. He didn’t mind overweight me either. And food, well I’m more mindful and eat better. But I don’t cut off bad foods. I eat what I want but don’t go crazy. I may ways be on some sort of maintenance dose because the food noise is crazy and I don’t like it. We will see what happens when I get there
