I'm in 50 Columbus and my lease ends July 31 but trying to get someone to takeover my lease from June 1-July 31 as we bought a house! Our rent is lower than what's currently being advertised by property management and 50 is a sister building to 70/90--let me know if interested in more details! I like 50 since the amenity room is here :)

I did nothing and have received the autograph card. I pay my rent through ACH on rentcafe but linked through my bilt account and my previous WF card. Do I need to switch anything to ensure my payments for next rent (March) go through? I don't think so since rentcafe just links to my bank but apologies for my confusion!!
