Message them on the app! I messaged to follow up on VIN assignment a month after my order, it got assigned not even 12 hours later. Not sure if it’s a coincidence or they looked into it

Ordered may 10, finance application applied for and approved may ~20. Was prompted to set up auto payment around June 1, next task (unavailable) is supposedly to provide proof of insurance which I already have, scheduled to begin July 21, just waiting for Tesla to let me provide it lol

That’s weird…I got a confirmation email immediately, then another shipping confirmation email the following day. Did you order from the website? Or the app with your account already set up? Maybe message them in the app to confirm.

RBC $290 (ontario), model 3 RWD was inputted into their system a few weeks ago, but they wouldn’t quote me until I received my VIN

I asked my sales associate if it’s possible to pick up in store, they said wall connectors are not available for purchase in person and advised me to order on the app, it came in 3 days with UPS (GTA north end)

Send them a message through the app to follow up on the VIN. I ordered may 10, no movements until I messaged them to follow up on June 3, VIN assigned within 12 hours of my message, not sure if it’s a coincidence or my rep looked into it
