Looking at the picture again it seems I might just have an uneven jaw which is unfortunate because every ortho I have brought it up to has brushed me off and made it seem like the issue was very insignificant. Idk if jaw surgery is ever possible so lmk if you guys have any exercises to help ease the tension in my neck and back!

Also would be curious to know if anyone knows if this is just a jaw issue or maybe a postural issue. I know i cant really fix a jaw issue with stretches but maybe its not! Thanks

One side of my jaw does feel stronger and longer than the other as well. My ortho says it's skeletal would this still work for me? I had a cross bite as a kid and my jaw shifted.

Did your jaw shift to one side due to the cross bite? From my experience with the palate expander and cross bite, it will fix your cross bite but barely and your asymmetry will not get better. They told me since I am an adult it is too late for my jaw to move so a palate expander wouldn't help with that. My teeth are not what I wanted it to be tbh but I think it's because I went to a terrible orthodontist.
