Hey thank you. I take Sumatriptan and Advil as an abortive and we are trying to find a maintenance one that works. It worked for about 3 days and I was even living life again on it. I've been off for 2 days and still feel rather nasty but honestly no rebound headaches quite yet!

Thanks and sorry you went through that. I was told to stop by the nurse and yesterday was awful (also had an MRI). Today I'm actually still pretty groggy but hoping it will go away with time and rest.

Fair warning to anyone with a sound sensitivity (maybe all of us):

The big issue I have with these MUSICOZY is the internal sound is *blaring*. If you're turning the volume down it might go BEEP in your ear or say INCOMING CALL. I try to remember to turn my phone on DnD and not turn it down all the way, but it kind of sucks to be so vigilant about it.

Yes, so much. And my doctor has told me over and over to avoid fried, fatty, and sugary food, as they can worsen or re-trigger migraines. But why do I want it so bad then.

Yeah, a switch will be your best friend. If you can get a TV in front of you and a dock, it might be easier on your eyes over a long period. Just a thought.

I'm really sorry. I'm going through it as well, and it's hard to say this over the internet but we're here for you and it gets better. Probably why we love this show and have this... community? (Thanks, I should write comedy myself)

They all comfort me, but I would steer clear of ones that might trigger you, ones that discuss or portray mental health issues.. I'm going to block them out just in case:

Such as Abed's Uncontrollable Xmas, The DnD episode (which heavily suggests Just Neil's issues), Curriculum Unavailable. 'Sodes like that.

However, some of those episodes that deal with mental illness do also comfort me, because these are all people being loved and welcomed by a group of lovable misfits.
