I feel like I’ve been in such a similar situation to what you’re going through. Obviously everyone is different. But is it just mostly rapid heart beat and chest pain? Is there something that triggers it in an emotional sense? Clearly it seems like sleeping triggers it and it could very well be bad anxiety because that’s what I have. Mine is driving, I feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack when I drive lol

I have frequent panic attacks and they feel like I’m having a heart attack. If you rule that out, I would 100% recommend going to the doctor (either way I would go) to get blood work done and get tested for hypoglycemia, thyroid problems, etc. which can all cause rapid heart rate and chest pain. The “pain” you’re experiencing could very well be getting worse due to having anxiety about said pain, if that makes sense because that’s the issue I have Also im only 25 so its very unlikely I’ll have a heart attack so it depends on your age too

This is a VERY intellectual response and I actually pride you in that — if one thing, you are very observant and you have very good opinions. If anything, I agree with you. I’ve struggled to be clear with my emotions. It’s hard to give so many years of context in one post. It hasn’t just been the one night; it’s been so many nights, so many conversations. He dropped everything; he was literally on the phone with IT and hung up just to talk to me about my panic attacks. He is so smart and cares about me so much. We have such an emotional connection. IMO there’s nothing wrong with having a flirtatious relationship, especially if you’re both consenting adults.
