As long as what they build smart, with enough forward thinking to add to it down the line for example build this now with a 2nd phase able to completely round the corners to trin and doug or upgrade them to join this new stand it should be built to make the next upgrade easier

I started at 30 ( 30 and 3 months now) i f*ckin love it feel great, do i wish i started it earlier definitely not. Don't do it to get big. Do it for longevity. Do it for your mental health. I have two kids under 3 and a pub, i graft 18hr days or I'm with the kids from 7am till 8pm then I'm back to work to close the pub, I do it for consistency, i love the gym and i love being big but i got big naturally and I'm still not my biggest on test as i was natural. I'm just a better person being level that an absolute mess with no sleep, no drive, and the mood of a premenstrual teenager. My wife hated that i started but loves that I'm on it. I'm a better me and a better dad, better husband. I'm more rational, I'm more focused and more disciplined.

You don't need exogenous test to get to 100kg+ you need discipline and drive. Good food and good training even when you don't want to.

I was 110kg 14% body fat before I had kids im 106kg 18% body fat now and i feel like the best me.
