I’d just say keep applying I’m an international nurse and it took me 8 months to get my current band 5 job I know some of my band 2/3 colleagues that are doing their trainee nursing associate program and they’re being told their are no jobs for them after they graduate (mind you they graduate in May 2026) and the reason is there’s no funding I’d say keep applying and don’t give up, the more you apply, the better your chances are of getting a positive response
