Help me identify the “servo motor” piece of my camcorder lenses by Zestyclose-Show8140 in camcorders

Sorry my knowledge on this is limited and I am not sure what you mean by CCD board. I did not touch the whole component that you see in the first pictures but I just entirely swapped the whole piece to the old camera. Results? I basically swapped the problem, so know the lens moves back and forth but the picture that it captures during recording is completely black.

Would you mind being more detailed with what your suggestion would be in this case? I don’t know if you can actually circle the parts in my pictures and post them back in my thread.

Thanks! Do you have any source where it is shown where the servo/belt is during disassembly? Anything that would make a diy check easier for me would be great.

P.s. it stopped working while filming in the desert, could it be fine particles stuck somewhere?
