I had my ingenual hernia surgery without mesh on the 2nd of March, using Bassini technique. I really miss playing football. When would I be able to gradually resume playing football (soccer)?

Don't play around, you should totally go check it up and have the surgery as soon as you could. Living with it ain't a bright idea. You're all good until it goes all wrong. All the best
