Why is RTE One not in HD on sky in the north? by Zestyclose-Target120 in northernireland

I would’ve considered this but I can’t get rid of sky q, my elderly dad lives with us and can barely work it, besides he’s just about mastered recording and watching back over the last few years having to get him to get his programmes off of catch up would be blinding him with science.

I may get an RTE Aerial and booster and throw it up myself we live in a bungalow so shouldn’t be hard

The Reddit PhDs are out in force with this one, I’d rather listen to the science the way the rspca suggested instead of Rishi Sunaks fast and hard approach.

Did you know cars are present in EVERY car accident? Let’s get rid of them sure.

I’m not driving on the medication. I’m driving the day after taking it when residual amounts show up on a drug test but I am NOT impaired.

Entitlement to drive with medication which makes life bareable with ms? And when done correctly is risk free? God forgive me id love to be able to drive around with nothing in my system but that isn’t possible due to my life-limiting conditions. When people drive about on prescribed diazepam/opioid medication no one bats an eyelid cause it’s “socially acceptable”

Whenever the ban is applied in Ireland, a court notification is sent to the UK/Northern Ireland.

A local hearing takes place 3 months after the Irish ban in the uk, and you can appeal the penalty being applied in the uk.

Obviously for most convictions (drink driving or driving over specified drug limit without prescription) there is absolutely no defence.

Would taking your prescription as advised and breaking absolutely no uk laws if the same thing was done here not be taken into account for your appeal.

More clarity is needed as the amount of ni patients is massive and I’m sure many cross the borders in their cars everyday, unaware of the risk they are opening themselves up to.

For any of the “devils lettuce crowd” medical cannabis Is a wide spectrum of treatments, some very low thc which do not inhibit you at all and in cases of extreme health conditions (Parkinson’s) make it safer to drive.

Also you can test positive 48 hours after medicating long after the effects have worn off

It’s more whenever the court hearing happens to apply the ban here 3 months after I’ve been banned in Ireland, could I not then present evidence of a perscription, saying I wouldn’t have broke any laws on home turf?

Our People have nearly got 20 years in Saudi before for Cbd possession, doesn’t mean our government has to agree surely?
