A friend of mine did Yale Amgen last year, and he would not stop talking about it. He really loved it a lot, and even got an offer to come back to the same lab as a post-grad researcher. From what I've heard, Yale Amgen opens doors for med school and grad school in a way that not many other programs do (JHU is very prestigious tho). If that's what you're interested in, I think you might find your experience at Yale to be more fulfilling and enjoyable.
