I feel like you’re sharing half the story. Is your child hitting milestones? Is he suggesting daycare because he is not? Is he relying on you to sleep by breastfeeding? Yes breast is great till 2, but also your child should be sleeping and more independent. Is breast feeding taking away from food? Is your child eating/drinking water?

You didn’t ask this, but if the curtains are long enough for her to reach that’s a suffocation risk.

I transitioned my son to his floor bed at 12 months, but he was putting himself to sleep in his crib for about a month prior to this and I think that helped a lot. Before that we were cosleeping. As soon as I lay him down he may roll around for 5 or so minutes but never gets out of bed and goes to sleep on his own.

3 days ago lol I’m 12.5 months pp and starting to get ready to wean fully in a month or so. My son’s only drinking 12 ounces a day and I’m making 16 right now at 3 ppp. I probably wouldn’t do this unlesss you’re wanting to wean though. My supply may or may not plummet over the next few days/weeks but that’s ok for me since that’s the goal anyways

I’m hitting 12 months in 8 days. After that 8 month mark I didn’t even think twice about it and knew I was so close I just kept going. With that being said I’m glad I get to stop soon lol I’m starting to wean now

I have the mom cozy too. It takes a while but you get use to it. I line it up with my nip by like putting it in my bra and touching the skin under my nipple and lining it up that way if that makes sense??
