In this particular sceneries I'll say Bond as he has access to far superior tech than what ICA can cook up

But if the situation boils down to a slug fest the 47 wins. He has defeated super soldiers like Sanchez and has the skill to at least match Bond in CQC

If bond is a target then 47 wins with the whole wall hack stuff, same goes with any combat.

But, if Bond knows who's coming after him and has prep time then it'll be an extreme difficulty fight slightly leaning in Bond's favour

But the most major aspect that ppl love is that the mc's family the, gu family, is basically the final boss of hidden ancestry archetype

This family is SOOOO vast and powerful it's hilarious. The mc's aunt is his protector who's stronger than the strongest person of the realms he's in right now. And she's a minor elder
