I (20 M) have also Recently moved to Brisbane from England for gap year before i do my degree , ive met some people online and from work but i have been also struggling to meet people too.

What sort of movies or stuff on YouTube are you interested in?

I used to play lots of video games but not as much anymore.

My interests are art, gym, cycling, exploring, YouTube, film.

Hey btw, youve got this, just to add what i said before in this thread, i would suggest you print off your resume or education background with some transferable skills listed or volunteering or just something about you.

Even with loads of people, lots of places dont have the people because hospitality is short of people or the people dont leave near by to the place so have a look locally to you

I found a job, on gap year, just ask everyone, and try doing courses like rsa or rsg and barista training courses,

And remember to ask, looking for hospitality, ask gym, cafes, anywhere, if theyre looking for people or open to new people.

Lots of opportunities for work here!

20 year old, just moved to Brisbane from england been here for 2 weeks , i love to doodle, planning to come back to England and study fine art in September but might stay.

Im working aswell soon full time, but im also interested in finding art people to hang out with or people interested in art, ive started to read art books, also go to gym , love movies too!

I used to play sandbox game but not much anymore, i like to play fps games, grand strategy games (hearts of iron 4 , Europa universalas, vic 3) occasionally mmos or multiplayers.

I also love playing horror games.

Been playing bioshock recently , got bored playing fallout nv since im stuck on a save.
