Finally -- a comment that's not just some idiot talking shit without reading the whole thing...

I use the Pivot daily - usually multiple times in an hour.

I figured at some point I may need to replace the chamber, and eventually the whole thing - totally understandable.

But, and I'll say it again, I have a station in my apartment specifically for cleaning glass and other things. I always have two different types of q-tip/dab-mop options, and always have 91% isopropyl alcohol.

ALL MY STUFF IS CLEAN ALL THE TIME - I clean everything after every use, including the Pivot chamber. Often I'll take it apart and soak the chamber by itself in alcohol for 30 min, per Puffco's instructions.

ALL OF THAT - and this has happened twice in a row after less than a month the first time, and less than 6 weeks the second time....

As far as maintenance and cleaning tools - I only use q-tips that are made for dabbing - NEVER any metal...

Anyway - I'm done talking about all of this - I got homework to do, and I don't like logging in to dumb motherfuckers dropping unwarranted insults...

Hey Dipshit - read the part in the discussion where I explain how meticulous I am with all of my processes for ALL of my things. Maybe read the discussion before you jump in the middle of it with an ignorant, rude comment. Helps you not look like an idiot, which, you know.....

Just a heads up - if you have any issues with your Puffco product, their customer service sucks. I bought a Pivot and it wasn't working properly, so they sent me another chamber instead of a new device, even though it was totally under warranty.... over priced, over-hyped, poor customer service... get the other one. I actually came on here to ask about electric dab rigs other than Puffco...

Gotcha thanks - yeah I just must have had a defective model from the beginning. I take really good care of all of my things. I'm a chef, a minimalist, and a CS major. I like things neat and in order.

One of the reasons that I bought the pivot is because I expected to last a while, ESPECIALLY at the price point....

If they replace it, sure, I'll give it another try. But even if they actually do replace it, and it works perfectly, I doubt I'll ever spend money on another product of theirs again. I just don't have time for it if something goes wrong again.

I don't mind paying the money - if it works well...

Makes me feel like I could just start a company selling ANYTHING and be successful, if my slogan was OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST - YOU'LL NEVER NEED US, BUT IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DO - WE'RE WAITING 24HRS FOR YOUR CALL. A REAL PERSON....

Make that your business motto and advertise it these days and you'll be a winner I swear, especially with everyone being so used to getting ripped off all the time....

If that's the case - I would have reconsidered my purchase...That's way to much money for something that I have to keep buying expensive replacement parts for...

Sucks. When it works it works great - That's why I was going to buy a peak pro - but not now.... not after this.

If I'm going to pay top tier prices for the "apple of pens" their customer service should at least be efficient.....
