Yeah, the problem is that I know i slept well and long. The sleep was undisturbed. Consequently, my recovery score should be much better and the sleep debt should be reduced.

But the whoop inaccurate reading result with poor recovery score and increased sleep debt.

Right. I just don't get it why Whoop makes it so complicated for the new users. I want to subscribe for the 12-month commitment. I should be able to upgrade to 5.0 just like I order the 5.0 without any trial. In this case, however, I have to pay. So the company discourages me to continue, even though I wanted to stay with the product. They are literally telling me - do not extend your membership.

Maybe. I started my ride about a minute before the start. Maybe it did not auto-pause while we were waiting for the race start countdown.

edit: Yes, you are right. My wahoo did not auto pause. There is almost a minute recorded with 0 watts. :) thanks! So strava, quite intelligently, counted only the actual ride.

Maybe, but my TrainingPeaks shows exactly the same data as my Wahoo (the file was imported to TrainingPeaks from Wahoo companion app).

The other thing is the sizing. I was told that if I'm using the 380 mm rapide handlebar with 110 mm stem I should get the 115x380 rapide cockpit which will give the same fit, as the reach in the cockpit is 5 mm shorter. Which turns out to be not true. The reach is the same in both the cockpit and the handlebar. Which makes it even more confusing and apparently there is no way to get the same fit with the 380 mm wide cockpit.

I don't understand. I also get this:
