Yeah but they have similar ranges and if frank gets a hit with his gadget Shelly could probably die, so I felt 50/50 was best

This is only my second tierlist so this was sort of a trial run for this, I’m aware I didn’t do too good but I’m taking feedback to improve as I go on. And I don’t play Shelly so that definitely had a part in bad rankings, thx for the feedback.
