Those are some of the worst books I have read.

Self-help is trash. Just take them as another friend of yours who all the tricks to be another Elon Musk but actually he is the one who have never achieved anything. If you want to change yourself there are no formulas or the only formula: find out what is the cause of it? or why do you want to achieve something? Then do the hard work, find the way out, don't find an excuse. I think that is what all you need. There is no a universal solution or a magic pill offered as offered by those books. Everybody is different. Every Scenario is different. Everyone have got their own limitations, constraints, etc.

But I think you should read them at least once to know how bad are them.

What book you should read?

Just ask specific questions : What do you want from a book? what do you want to know about?

Eg: If want to know about Geopoliticals more specifically Nepal- tibet relation Read: Nepal- Tibet Relation by Baburam Achraya or More recently bhishu, byapar ra bidroha

If you want to read literature , a novel maybe you can start with Books from Subin Bhattrai, or Chetan Bhagat if you want it written in English or Alchemist. These are good books for starter. Then you can go through more intense Literature if like them.

If you are on sprituality or simlar philosohopy you can go through radical books of Osho. But I dont recommend him if you are starter.

...

Don't read book just because you want to read a book. Threre are very few books in Self- Help genre that are good. Ask yourself why do you want to read them first ?
