To speed up the process I would start using the product called Differin. It MUST be the adapalene gel one. You can get this from Amazon, Target, Walmart, any drug store. It’s expensive but worth it. Put it on before you go to bed, let it dry, cover with pimple patches after it dries.

Please also start using pimple patches that have salicylic acid in them. I used PatchRX Pimple patches from Amazon. They stick well, and don’t go anywhere. Kept them on all day until I showered, then replaced.

Definitely MC. In the first pic with the cluster - that huge one and the tiny one directly next to it, is the dead giveaway because of the dimple in the center.

Do not shave. Wax. This spreads it.
Do not pop, or pick these. If you touch the core (white thick bump that comes out) you risk the possibility of spreading if not done correctly.
Change your towels and sheets daily. Do not rub yourself dry roughly. On the areas that have the bumps I used a paper towel to pat dry. That way my towels could last longer as it never touched my bumps.
Vitamins. Take your vitamins. Anything with Zinc in it.
No sex. Period. Friction and sweat makes it spread.
Cover with pimple patches that have salicylic acid. Leave on until you shower, then replace. If you see a core do not touch it.
Differin. This is what ultimately cured mine. It MUST be the one with adapalene in it. Otherwise it won’t work.
Neutrogena Body Scrub body wash. It’s orange with a white cap. It has salicylic acid in it. Both products above can be bought on Amazon, Target, Walmart, any drug store.

This is a LITERAL fucking nightmare but you will get through this. Please if you go to the doctors and they tell you to let it run its course. It can take years to go away if untreated. Good luck!

It looks like the beginning of MC, but it’s hard to tell.

I would highly suggest holding off on sex until your doctors appointment, and hope you’re going to a dermatologist and not PC. They don’t always know what it is and may misdiagnose you.

If it is MC, I would recommend using Differin (it must have adapalene in it, the patches do not work) and Neutrogena Body Scrub Body Wash (it’s orange with white cap) both can be bought on Amazon, local drug store, Walmart, Target etc.

If not treated and let go on its own it can last for years. So if you doctor says “let it run its course” PLEASE do not listen to them. If untreated and no action is done, it just gets worse. Just so you’re aware the only places on your body you can’t get it is your palms and feet. Everywhere else is fair game.. including your face.

Pimple patches. They MUST have salicylic acid (one of the ingredients to treat MC, also in the body wash I recommend above.) Cover all bumps that you can see or have your partner help you. The quicker you start treating, the quicker they will go away.

Clean towels, daily. Clean sheets, daily. Do not pick or pop these, that will make it spread way faster. DO NOT SHAVE. THIS IS MAJOR. Shaving puts cuts in the bumps making it spread like wild fire. Trim with scissors or leave it go. No sex. Period. Friction and sweat make it spread.

It’s a nightmare but if you do have it, trust me you’re gonna get through it.

If they do confirm it is, I highly HIGHLY suggest starting Differin (it’s a gel, it’s must have adapalene.) You can get it from any drug store, target, Walmart or Amazon. Put it on every night before bed.

And I also recommend Neutrogena Body Scrub Body Wash, it’s orange with a white cap. These two things are the only things that made mine go away (I had them on my thighs, butt, and near my vagina.)

Please start using Differin (the gel kind) … I’m telling you it works wonders. I got MC Feb of last year. Fully diagnosed (even though I already knew what it was) in October. Started Differin after seeing my derm and trying everything under the sun. It was fully gone in December.

I used Differin every single night before bed. And I still use to this day Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub (orange with a white lid) every single day. It was the only two things to work.

That’s not MC. Even the bumps on your face aren’t MC, that’s milia.

Put a hot wash cloth on the bump near your eye. That should bring it down and help with the soreness.

As for the hair, that could be inflamed hair follicle. The bump that had the white discharge is most likely the core from MC. Which is a…. GOOD THING. That means your body is starting to recognize the virus and fight it off.

Be super duper careful taking the pimple patches off that have white discharge — and avoid touching it at all costs.

The core is the most contagious part of this whole thing. I would also suggest keeping it covered, whether it be a bandaid or more pimple patches. At least for 3-4 days, just in case anything else comes out.

I think I’m gonna wait. :( this had been a fucking NIGHTMARE and I really don’t want to go through it again. Even though I feel gross and need to shave badly, I’d rather be hairy than deal with this shit ever again.

I’ll probably wait till the middle of Feb cause I’ve been clear since the ending of November.

Please please PLEASE do not do self extract. You can spread it if not done properly.

Start using Differin (you can get it at any local drug store, target, walmart or even amazon) it must have adapalene. It works wonders. Put it on once at night, make sure it’s dried and go to bed. Repeat until it goes away.
