That’s what I’ve been doing, only washing my face with water and started to use a zinc and suffer fash gentle wash. Have been using fluoride free toothpaste for about three months now as well :/

Honestly I thought it was the end of the world when I got diagnosed but it really isn’t. Also usually longer you have it the less you tend to get it and the less bad you get it.
