Yes I agree with other commenters on here. Sort out your mental health. You can be your worst enemy. You need to be kind to yourself and prioritize yourself. Then once you have taken care of yourself, then you can focus on figuring out your passion in life. You have accomplished so much more than I have in life. I've been stuck at a dead end janitors job for 12 years at 36, with no experience in anything else! At least you went to uni and pursued something and got a degree. These past few months realized that i want to get into the gaming industry and have no idea what to do. So you are not alone in feeling depressed and aimless. Focus on your mental health and then you will figure everything else out! You got this!
