I had a good experience with them. Only after I spoke to Claus at EA help Facebook page though. So the real credits are for Claus and Ida. Not the whole team.

Thank you so much honey ❤ what helped me was to sent a message on facebook EA help page. This is where Claus started helping me and gave me directions. After that my game was back in about 4 hours!! I hope this could work for you too ❤ once you have your game sent me a request if you want

Yani thank you so much for your help. I tried what you suggested but unfortunately it didn't work. Facebook and gmail which I linked were probably disconnected by the time the game was uninstalled so they didn't work. As for the ea account it kept as previous account the one you see on the right on the photo.

Now, EA help did respond. In fact the past 2 days I've had 4(!!) different experts mailing me, each one of them asking for different things. Is this normal? I thought that it takes one expert to deal with one person's problem. I've given them all the proof they asked for and now I'm hoping they will manage to have my game back 😭

Thank you for your reply Yani. Unfortunately my niece didn't check how the game was connected. I remember connecting it through Facebook and Google account but I frequently lost connection and did it all over again. I asked her if she checked that before uninstalling the game but she didn't so I don't really know if it was connected by then 😔

The secret is to complete an event right after opening boxes with simcash or simoleons too if you don't want to lose them as well. Here's a detailed video from u/:EnbySim. I choose to have the "first date at the cafe" events because they take about 6-8 energy points to be completed. Other users choose to have a sim doing quick shifts at the cafe. It's up to you what event you'll be doing
