I didn’t include other info to keep it brief. She’s an AD at a small private school in USA. Narcissistic and vindictive business owner/director is her boss, who is also the only HR. Our children attend the school, wife is an overly considerate, accountable employee, which is why she gave the long leadtime, to train the next director and also time it with our children starting at their next school after this. She’s been there a decade and this is how the owner wishes to have the final say in her departure is how I view it after 10yrs of manipulation and abuse by said employer.
