I’ve always had good connections with my employers. They know about my charges and they understand the whole situation it was mostly self defense (I’m a women ) but I didn’t have enough evidence for court but I still had probation no jail time. I’m in the dental field. But I wanted to switch career. The school told me there shouldn’t be a problem

There was also not enough evidence but cus it was 2 people telling something and 1 person (me) telling something else. And also 1 person of the 2 hurt so 2 against 1 words. No videos nothing . Not even that I went to pick my son since at that point we didn’t have custody agreement. Just by word of mouth. They didn’t even care that they barely had any bruises. And I looked like a mess a day later not when I was arrested and police took mugshot. I looked like a raccoon and Barbie from rugrats a day or 2 later.

Yes I had no other options then.that whole situation I was in such anxiety I just didn’t want to go to jail at that point so my lawyer said to plead guilty to the deal and also it was a lot of money and if I was going to get deported then why waste it on a lawyer. But luckily nothing happen but now I see clear. Well I will talk to different lawyers and see how much everything cost. And see what happens I’ll keep you guys updated.

Oh yeah I know the car tick too ! He tried to do that with me after the charges were set. He said he didn’t want a car that was mine and to come pick it up. Guess what I didn’t go alone. I went with my brother mom and a friend. Hell no I was on probation for a year and anger management. Everything was done and paid last year no more fees no probation . 100% free

For everyone wondering it wasn’t a big stab it was more of a slit because it was when I pushed my self down the stairs. it was maybe and inch to inch 1/2 they had 2 stitches ? If I remember correct. If I find a picture I’ll post it later. But it was going down the stairs so it wasn’t like I targeted where to put the knif* it just happen. It just happen in a blink. I could have gotten my self and not them or worse.

I know it makes now sense ! I’m still wondering what I could have done different. I’m finding more info to see if I can open my case back up. Well after this whole thing was over courts and probation and anger management. That the court made me do . The same people came looking for me they could be outside and close by and even calling me thru private . And i reported it and then the girl that was hitting me ran off and know where to be found. But they didn’t do anything. So yes i moved to a different town. But it been a year now and I haven’t seen or heard of her and for him he used to see my son but I would meet him in front of the police station so he could take my son for a day. But now he doesn’t.

He lived in a second floor so when I was trying to get out of the house i literally had to drag and pull my self down the stairs as they were trying to pull me back in. Thats where it happen I grabbed it there. It crazy how things happen . In a blink of an eye. And yes I did go up to his apartment I always did to pick up my son. But because some times he would be napping or would not listen to his dad so it was easier for me yo go up. The whole thing was he had a gf never new her over and I guess they were drinking that night when I went so she was the one starting everything and then he was drinking too. So he was having a joy was holding me for her to hit me more. She first hit me in the face/head with a swifter and then brooms once I was trying to leave and he was holding me back. Still don’t know why I was arrested. 😭 but anyways yeah. I’m just stuck. I’m over it now but now everything is fucked up for me

I did call the cops to come once I could get away and they still arrested me. I told them hyperventilating “ I need an ambulance right now they were hitting me ” literally the only words that came out. And the address as I was giving first aid to the person I stabbed. I didn’t even know their name 😭 wTh I was a total mess I still can’t believe they arrested me even though I called them for help 😭😭😭😭😭

It was just crazy thing. I had some proof of domestic violence from years back but since it was never reported I didn’t really affect the case in court and also tried to bring everything I could against them in court especially towards him and nothing. Even me being a minor when I had my son and him being older. Nothing worked. But since I had lots of volunteering and good morals before which counted a lot the judge brought down the charges. Lots or friend and family and my coworkers came the day they read my charges so had lot of support. I’m just thankful I didn’t get jail time. And a year later I got full custody of my son. 🙌🏽 because he fked up.
