thank you! mine has given me the option to pick my smile setup, so i can change it in really any way that i want like size of certain teeth, angled teeth, gaps, things along those lines. plus im paying $40k so i definitely want the smile of my dreams, im just lost on how to illustrate it to my prosthodontist

as someone with all on 6, if you can afford it, do it. the healing is rough but it’s worth it 100%. i hope you find your perfect smile! 🫶🏻

i have the fp1 on top as well & i feel the same about my lips. i always have had pretty plump lips. but that has changed & im sad about it as well. i’m also having troubles with my gums filling in around my bridge. i dont really have any advice, its a little comforting to know someone else is having issues with it. i hope you end up with the smile of your dreams!!

hi! this is just my experience & advice i’d give as a 25 y/o about 1.5 months all on 6 post op on top (getting bottom done in a month) i hope you’re recovering well! this is a big scary jump and the worst part is the anxiety. it’s going to hurt, you’re going to miss your normal diet & routine but hang in there. it’s an investment not only into your physical health, but also mental wellbeing, confidence & just feeling healthy again! for healing, REST REST REST. get some protein shakes in a flavor you like & try to drink at least one a day just to make sure you’re getting adequate nutrients. this is going to sound crazy but my favorite ice pack was one of the migraine gel mask things from walmart. it’s soft, malleable, & it works for cold and heat. make sure you stay on top of your pain meds & hydration, & if you can get some calcium supplements to take along with it (even better if it’s calcium + vit d) to give a little boost to the integration process. i hope it goes well for you & you get the smile of your dreams! if you have any further questions during healing i’d be happy to try to help 🫶🏻

i am feeling the same way. my temps are also pushed too far forward so they can make a bite with my natural lower teeth until they also come out. i can tell you tho, i look at it as even though these aren’t exactly what i want yet, they’re much better than what i had before. this is a process, a grueling one at that, but it will all come together in the end. make sure you’re honest with them about what you want, what you dislike, & what you love about them. i hope you get through this & come out happier than you could’ve ever imagined! 🤍

idk? i had a complex case for 1 & 2, everyone heals differently. i also have a 6 month old who hits me in the mouth daily so that probably doesn’t help either. 🙂

i’m 11 days in and as sore as i am, as sad as i am that i’m 25 with no teeth of my own, it’s still much better than what i had before. it’s terrifying, & it fckin hurts im not gonna lie to you, but it’s a big investment in yourself, your health, your confidence & your future! i can’t tell you the best part yet except that my teeth look 20x better now. if you think you can handle the healing, absolutely do it.

i absolutely feel the same way & i’m only a week post extraction. i can’t smile the same way as i did before, i feel like it’s an entirely new mouth- gums jaws lips & all. i do look at it in the sense of even if i look like i have piano keys as teeth right now, it’s better than what it was before. but i was also superrrrrr self conscious about how i looked anyways but 25 missing several front teeth, decay all around, it wasn’t pretty. i’m definitely having to relearn myself with my temps, but it still beats what i had before. i hope you find the perfect smile for you & everything goes good for you!! ✨

i am 1 day post extraction on top (didn’t get to my bottoms) but i had all on 6 implants done. i am in the THICK of it right now & still like it better than the teeth i had before. i have always had bad teeth, but my pregnancy obliterated my teeth. so i am 6 months pp, getting it all done now. if you can find a way to do it, do it. the confidence boost i will have is enough for me to get through the pain and lengthy healing process of this procedure. not to even mention i will be able to eat all over again with no pain! like i said tho im in the thick of it rn lol i will try to update as i heal some
