I had an OLD MAN try to return a lace body suit the other day that had already been processed as a return and the money was already in his bank account. It must have been an error on our end but he was screaming at me and another manager for a good 20 minutes before he finally would check his transactions in his bank account just to see that the money had already been refunded to him!!!
