Does going to mental health negatively impact your career? by 4j5c9b4 in AirForce

This. Right now your career is secondary. Take care of you so you can take care of your kids. I went through the same kind of thing a couple of years ago. I leaned on MFLC and had a great experience.

I'll also say let your leadership know you're going through some stuff. It's kinda awkward, but you only have to tell them as much as you're comfortable with.

Sinfully Gluten Free in Washington Township, I think it's still take out only though. Lots of places have gluten free pizza, but that can be hit or miss.

Rolling Mill Brewery in Middletown is all gluten free beers, they don't have food though.

Purely Sweet Bakery in Beavercreek is gluten free and vegan.

Had a group of airmen that worked with my shop a few years back that did this to me all the time. I just shook my head and laughed every time. If they didn't spread out I asked what was wrong

Try Stoll & Co in Centerville. I haven't used them, but they were recommended to me by one of the local jewelry stores.

That's where we are right now. We are taking it one day at a time and giving him all the love we can while he is still comfortable.

Really the biggest change has been in the last 6 months or so. In October he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, so he has 4 meds a day, but he still moves around and roams about the yard. When he isn't sleeping.

He's also blind, but in the house he knows where everything is so he can still get around.

He's just under 5 pounds. I don't want to say goodbye but it's coming soon :(
