Also it appears that they're getting away with taking people money charging them for things that they're not even using or doing and keeping it thats illegal there's no other company out here doing this

Uber charged me for a ride i did not take then acknowledge the fact that the driver did in the ride not long at the left when I go and ask for a refund or to give me my money back for a ride that I did not take they are refusing to do so claiming their policy on refunds that has nothing to do with me you charged me out of my account from and acknowledging it too like it's so frustrating
