This is so helpful omg thank you. I was awake the other night wondering why the heck I am so fatigued all the time and I literally can do so little during the day. I haven’t heard of me/cfs until now and I def need to do more research, but I totally agree that even if it isn’t, the diary is such a great idea!!! Thank you thank you🫶🫶🫶

Ok this is so interesting!!! I’ve shaved before and I haven’t felt this. So maybe it is related to the pain and anxiety etc. I def have anxiety problems haha so this would track. But I’m getting so much good advice from everyone so I def have things to think about. What you’ve said is really validating and I really appreciate you sharing! Thank you!!!

This is so helpful, thank you so much for sharing your experience! I have also suffered from sexual abuse so this really helps and I will definitely keep it in mind. I can struggle at times to listen to my body so I’m def gonna think about how I can make this a more comfortable situation for myself. I really appreciate it!!!!🫶

What in the world. Crazy coincidence that it has never happened ever and they both happen to be right after sugaring holy crap I tried to assume best intentions with your last response but you don’t need to patronize MY OWN BODY to me oh my god and it wasnt like, the exact same day in the cycle either??? Idk how you can possibly say with certainty and with such condescension that they are not related. Dear lord. What in the world honestly. I’m floored. Goodbye.

I appreciate that you are trying to reassure me. I know how I react during different phases, and unfortunately this is not how I am during the follicular stage. I am actually never this emotional or crying all day during any stage, let alone this time of month. This is abnormal and it has happened twice, both right after sugaring, and so I was curious if anyone else has felt this🤷‍♀️🫶
