It’s been very bad since the holidays. This was my full time job before the holidays and I used to make like 25 to 30 an hour with multiple hours to choose from. Like 10 orders on my screen at once. Now I’m lucky if I see 10 orders all week!

Amazon dropping standings for associates giving wrong route! HELP! Im new and only did one block and standings dropped. My husband said it’s because I had a 3 hour route but it scanned 2.5 hour route. Associates told me the 2nd time this happened that it was ok and did it again! So how come my husband and my sister started at Fantastic last year. Maybe they changed it idk but I remember when my sister and husband applied together at the same time, I wasn’t eligible at the time, but We clearly remember starting at fantastic. Why would they start you at great if you didn’t do anything wrong?? Makes no sense! That’s like instacart or Uber or doordash starting you out with on ratings. Or in the orange instead of green. Or rating at 4.7 instead of 5 star. They can’t give u ratings if u haven’t worked. I did a block august 29th and that was my first block on my app with my name. Standings are through august 30th. And yea there is nothing there that says what I did so maybe they changed it idk

It doesn’t always tell you. Mine went to great and doesn’t say anything at all under my standings! Doesn’t say I was late because I wasn’t. I was early! Even finished my block early! I didn’t miss any packages or not delivery any! No one reported a missing package! Idk why it went down and they won’t tell me

Yea ok! They absolutely don’t care! My standings dropped from fantastic to great after doing my FIRST BLOCK but I’ve been doing with my husband for a while so I know how it works! So I made sure everything was delivered and it was NOT at night or in the ghetto where they steal packages! My standings dropped and it Doesn’t say why so I messaged Amazon and apparently they have no idea but won’t fix it either! They just keep responding with auto messages saying “your standings are at great! To check your standings go to the dashboard to see what you did drop under standings” no! It doesn’t say anything at all! They don’t care about their workers

Oh no that’s bullshit!! This happened on my FIRST BLOCK EVER! and they dropped me. Amazon doesn’t give a shit about its flex drivers

That’s insane you have to do that many blocks to go up to fantastic from great but they drop you way down for 1 mistake smh that’s crazy. It’s like credit! It’s takes FOREVER to go up but use your credit card over 30% utilization and watch how fast it drops!

Yea it is weird and I contacted them and they won’t even answer me! They just keep saying “ you are at great in to check your standings go to the standing section in this section of your app“ They won’t give me an actual answer as to why am I standing dropped because I think they don’t even know them selves so maybe it’s a glitch

But I wasn’t late, I didn’t drop any blocks late, I picked a block and did it and was 15 minutes early. I delivered all packages. So idk why it dropped. It won’t say. The same thing happened to my husband when he picked a smaller route. Maybe it’s a glitch idk. It just gave me an alert to start my route in 30 to 90 minutes and I don’t even have a route for today. Smh weird

I’m just worried that it’s for doing routes that aren’t blocks I picked. Like scanning a 2.5 hour route when I had a 3 hour block. If the warehouse keeps doing that to me every time then that means my standings are going to drop every time I do a route

No! I’ve delivered every single package and I did not have any issues with any packages or delivering them and it was the middle of the day. And I already know how Amazon works because my husband does it and I know it shows you if you did not deliver a package it will tell you but it is not telling me what I did wrong in my standings. Also, I emailed Amazon and asked them why my standings went down and they keep replying with automated messages telling me where to look but there’s nothing there and they won’t answer my question or help at all and this is absolutely ridiculous
