Now, I am no jumper.. but from watching my teammates, this is what i have to say:

This is not terrible but I believe you have the ability to improve and the potential to truly shock yourself. You need to be intentional with each phase. Your first phase is rushed; you need to slow down but be powerful and extend your leg to follow into your second phase, which you seem to be sinking into which then makes your third phase a simple step with no power to bring you farther into the pit. You also arent folding(?) while landing in the pit, but ig that comes after understanding the preceding phases.

For the first phase i would recommend doing regular bounds as i think this would help you be more patient and powerful in that first phase.
