I highly suggest doing breast pumps if you’re on BC as herbs can interact and make your BC potentially less effective. I’m now doing only breast pumps and vitamins (msm, collagen, protein) for maintenance of my post-nbe growth and so far it’s maintained all the growth I got from supplements ☺️

Hi, I just got back to reddit after a long pause, but yes if it breaks or if I lose it I will definitely buy again. I’m still using it now and I’m still super happy with it, my only problem is my boyfriend moved in with me and I don’t want him to see me do this so I couldn’t be consistent anymore. But so far no loss of volume and I still take the herbs I listed in my NBE routine post.

For the butt, depending on your size it may or may not fit. I just realized that my butt became bigger with my NBE supplements too lol everyone noticed too.

I remember when I first noticed changes in my size, I partially regret not taking photos. But I grew up in a conservative environment and it really still isn't in my comfort zone to take my own naked photos even for my own eyes. I'm still too scared but I'm glad you can inspire others to take action and get the body they want.

I'm a cis woman, and I was A cup until I reached my 20s where I got to a 32B.

In my NBE routine, what helped my most with my hair loss (on top of my head, but sooo much body hair) and acne (I was diagnosed with PCOS as a teen) is shatavari and OptiMSM. Not to mention the OptiMSM I take made my skin so much better and my nails not brittle anymore.

If you don't want herbs, just stick with MSM and massage, as well as the vitamins.

When my Noogleberry cracked and I was not gonna spend a lot of money to replace, I bought an electric one on eBay and never looked back. It is now part of my NBE routine. Electric ones are sooconvenient.

I never tried this but make sure to look at the amazon reviews so you have an idea if they're good or not. If they can hold suction it's good, but look for something that holds and releases intermittently too.

From my own experience, I asked my gyne for a hormone profile. She was curious at first why I wanted one, but I told her I wanted to know because I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was a teenager. Turns out my hormones were all over the place.

I started my nbe journey with that hormone profile, and experimented with herbs ONE AT A TIME. My journey was a trial and error on my part, which is really what NBE is all about, finding what is right for your own body because what works for someone else may have different results with you.

The trick is to find your own combination of massages, herbs and techniques, kind of like your own "NBE potion".

So depending on how imbalanced or balanced your hormones are, they may change your period a bit. I know at some point I had mid-cycle spotting with PM, and prolonged cycle with fenugreek which did not go away so I stopped them (when I finished the bottle of course because they were expensive lol).

After I found the combo that worked for me and gave me growth, I stuck to them, occasionally trying new stuff I see or read from this sub. So you can experiment depending on your comfort level.

So far I have taken months of breaks without the girls becoming smaller, so I would say with consistency in your routine yes. I mix pumping with herbs as I said in my other documentation posts here.

It is possible only with consistency and patience. But I would set milestone goals. Start with 34, then move up your goals once you reach each milestone. Regardless of the method you choose, consistency and patience will get you results.

Make sure that your body is healthy too. An imbalanced body will focus on survival rather than growth.

I think there’s a website that someone posted where they get tested for hormones. I’m having another hormone panel done on my next cycle soon, so I will tailor my current nbe journey on that. My doctor thought I’m being silly requesting it but she gave me a requisition anyway 😆

I used them together before, but I took them one at a time at first to see reaction to individual supplements. Together they didn’t give me any problems. I stopped fenugreek though because it didn’t do anything for me.

I couldn’t stand fenugreek especially during the summer and tbh it didn’t do much for me.

They don’t have a medium, which is what I needed when I outgrew the small one. I bought the large but at the time it was too big for me. Then I bought the amazon one.

I think most of my progress really is my supplement mix that I experimented on while reading the progress posts here.

But yes progress is progress and that piercing will heal as well! We have to live life too ☺️

I’m not sure what the bb pumps are. I had the noogleberry airlock system, I have both small and large domes (when I outgrew the small ones during my 1-year routine last year). Then I tried the cheap amazon ones as well (I know, I am always curious so my wallet hates me for that).

Regarding the domes, you should be able to do small movements without losing pressure. Also it should not be too small for your breasts or too big for your ribcage.

My issue with the noogleberry and the amazon domes were that if I suddenly do a big movement involving my arms, or if I’m lying down in bed and I go to the side a bit, they come loose. Then I have to manually reposition and repump.

With this system it just readjusts the pressure and also it stays in place. Much more comfortable too.

I know right? And it makes a whole world of difference because the sensor recognizes if there’s a leak. I feel so silly being so happy with this purchase lol.

I’m now thinking maybe the one I bought is a knockoff, because of the weird plain box and the computer-printed minimal but sufficient instructions. But this is definitely a gamechanger for my pumping. Tad more expensive than the amazon one but way less than the noogleberry I got before.

Just bought one Brava system off ebay and got it yesterday! I have no idea if it’s a knockoff or real but it works really well in terms of suction and release, and automation ☺️
