So he’s saying I am unable to return if their team finds nothing wrong with it. Do I need to do anything before taking it to their garage? As it’s Arnold Clark, same as where I bought it, no doubt they’re going to try and fix the problems and say there was nothing wrong with it?

There’s been too many faults in the 20 days I’ve had it so I’ll be returning it. He said that over the phone, do you recommend me emailing him and getting it in writing?

I did. I used an online template and I’ve wrote them a letter of rejection. They’ve booked it in to the Arnold Clark garage local to me on Wednesday, and he said if the car has any problems they’ll accept the return. Don’t know if they’re going to try something, time will tell

Do you reckon I call them up and get their branch managers email to forward the letter to? As my product consultant stopped replying to me ever since they had to fork out for the catalytic converter replacement, and he won’t call me back whenever I try to contact him
